Job Summary
Complex data analysis and presentation of key metrics related to benchmarks which support program integrity and student success in multi-institutional program. Will inform and work as strong and highly engaged team participant in initiatives to increase student success and ensure program quality. This includes coordination of textbooks and lab kits, and survey activities across the Collaborative programs. Must collect and analyze data critical to program and student success. This combined with participation in student success initiatives are closely linked to program reputation, quality and profitability. Errors may lead to loss of revenues and poor student outcomes.
Responsibilities
Identify and execute metrics - 20
Identify and execute appropriate methods to provide in-depth understanding of student performance, team engagement, and other metrics to evolve departmental strategy and inform tactical execution and measurement. These methods will include complex queries, predictive and descriptive modeling and data mining. Assists in coordination and production of annual Factbook, web content management, and reporting real-time and KPI metrics in appropriate areas.
Develop and maintain a robust student intervention model - 20
Under the direction of the Student Engagement Associate Director, will develop and maintain a robust student intervention model, provide assistance and outreach to at-risk students in solving success related challenges, and coordinating solutions between students, faculty and related staff. Serve as a resource and liaison to team members regarding considerations in unique and difficult cases.
Develop new support programs and services for at-risk populations - 20
Develop new support programs and services for at-risk populations, such as academic coaching and peer mentoring. Will serve as an implementation and training lead for the SEADS early alert system.
Evaluate success team outreach efforts - 20
Evaluate success team outreach efforts through documented formal and informal observations, working collaboratively with leaders and staff to implement benchmarks and related assessments.
Responsible for direct student outreach in assigned areas - 20
Responsible for direct student outreach in assigned areas, and participation in system and departmental initiatives and research designed to increase student success and learning outcomes. Will present findings, as needed, in the form of conference presentations and articles. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Experience in Qualtrics, survey methods and survey analysis strongly desired.

Minimum $45,540 to Midpoint $58,632

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
SKILLS
Demonstrated organization skills and ability to engage successfully with students. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel. Ability to analyze, quantify and present data effectively. Superior written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and persuasion.
