Job Description Summary

Wake Forest University seeks a one year visiting assistant professor of the history of the Atlantic World for appointment beginning August 2021. Teaching undergraduates is central to Wake Forest’s mission, and the primary teaching responsibility of the post will be sections of HST 110, “The Atlantic World since 1500,” which meets the college’s general education requirements. There will also be an opportunity to teach an upper division class related to the candidate’s geographical and temporal specialization. Candidates should have teaching
