The Graduate Medical Sciences (GMS) including the MS in Oral Health Sciences (OHS) Program in the BU School of Medicine is recruiting an experienced program manager to own the admissions, academic and operational aspects of the program. Reporting directly to the Director of OHS, the successful applicant will also work closely with other program faculty and staff in Graduate Medical Sciences.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred
  • 3-5 years of work experience required
  • Knowledge of higher education preferred
  • Proficiency in MS software, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, set priorities, and make critical decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, requiring minimal or no supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a member of the team
