An earned doctorate in nutrition or closely related field is required by the time of appointment.
Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
Demonstrate ability for effective teaching and scholarship. The ideal candidate will be able to teach advanced nutrient metabolism/nutritional biochemistry and nutritional genomics/genomics, and act as
an advisor for student capstone projects

'Academic background in clinical nutrition instruction
'Experience as dietetic internship preceptor
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Credential
