Your opportunity:

The Institute for Management & Innovation (IMI) is the centre for professional management education at U of T Mississauga and has a strong administrative team that supports our six professional graduate programs and our undergraduate programs in management. The MMPA Program is accredited by CPA Canada and CPA Ontario and provides a solid grounding in business, combined with in-depth professional accounting.The MMPA Program also includes two, four-month work terms (January to April). This enables MMPA students to solidify their classroom learnings on the job and start developing their entry-level CPA competencies. The MMPA Program is a fully integrated program. The MMPA is a unique program that draws students from all over the world, as well as from non-business, non-accounting educational backgrounds.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering and maintaining a network of external contacts to support recruitment strategies
  • Developing content for marketing and/or promotional materials
  • Providing formal job-related training
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to inform recruitment strategies and plans
  • Website maintenance and reporting
  • Manage a CRM
  • Determine logistics required for virtual recruiting initiatives
  • Implement a digital media plan that supports marketing/communications strategy

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum four years experience in marketing, professional accounting and service delivery.
  • Experience in shaping and implementing marketing strategies in a university environment.
  • Proficiency in MS office or comparable software; webmaster and social media skills.
  • Excellent data management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Advanced experience with Hubspot or other CRM required.
  • Advanced experience with website design and management required.
  • Drupal experience and proficient in SEO.
  • A proven team player.
