Description
Both individually and as a team member, apply instructional design principles and pedagogical best practices to create professional quality learning objects and online environments that meet the specific needs of project stakeholders. Instructional Design:-Build or integrate web-based learning resources - LMS and LMS-integrated tools; productivity software; web conferencing tools; websites, blogs, and other web applications - into face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses.
-Use templates to construct learning objects, modules, units, and courses.
-Contribute to the design, assessment, customization, and continuous improvement
of instructional design templates.
-Consult with faculty on the development of course curricula and learning activities.
-Develop activities and assessments connected to measureable learning objectives.
-Use a variety of computing platforms, software, audio-visual equipment, and other technologies to design solutions to pedagogical challenges

-Coordinate instructional design project work.

-Stay up-to date on emerging trends and technologies related to learning solutions
development and instructional design.

 



Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
