Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Summary: Performs very high-level professional or technical accounting activities for the organization requiring the expert knowledge and professional application of accounting principles, practices and techniques in accordance with industry standards, current laws and university policy. Involved in the overall direction and leadership of financial programs for the organization. Supervises senior level and entry level professional accountants and other staff. Responsible for establishing policy, procedures and standards that ensure the protection of fiscal assets.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance and ten (10) years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience; OR a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and nine (9) years of professional accounting experience; OR CPA and nine (9) years of professional accounting experience.
