Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Project Manager and Director of Clinical Research Operations, Clinical Research Coordinators in the Division of GYN Oncology support multiple externally funded investigator initiated and cooperative group clinical trials.

Job Description

This position will assist in the daily operations of multiple investigator-initiated, multi-center cooperative group clinical trials within the Division of Gynecologic Oncology. Duties will include patient screening, subject enrollment, scheduling, collection, storage and shipment of biological samples; collection and filing of study documents; and collection and entry of clinical data. The incumbent will use a variety of electronic systems and document study activities with accuracy. The incumbent may assist with Institutional Review Board (IRB) filings and inquiries, the preparation of manuscripts, grant proposals, and research related presentations.

*The CRC-B will provide mentoring to more junior coordinators and will perform the same duties as above but with less extensive training and less ongoing supervision.

Position contingent upon funding.


Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of related experience in research and clinical study methodologies or equivalent combinations of education and experience is required.
