Desirable subfields can include: U.S. Religions, Latinx Religions, Religion and Politics, Religion, Film, and Pop Culture, Pentecostal/Evangelical Movements, Religion and Race, and Religion, Race & Civil Rights. The Fall 2021 teaching load is 2 courses, with most courses averaging 19 students or less.Procedures
and Timetable:Applicants should have completed the Ph.D. by the time of appointment, although those who are ABD will be considered. Applications should include a CV, cover letter, three letters of recommendation, one writing sample, and evidence of teaching effectiveness.
