The University of Virginia School of Continuing and Professional Studies seeks applications to fill one non-tenure-track instructional position in history for its degree program classes during the Fall 2021 semester for courses such as Democracy in America, Remembering the Future: How Historical Vision Has Shaped Modern Politics, Modern France: Republic or Empire, and the Cold War.
The candidate must have a strong commitment to teaching and experience teaching non-traditional students online, in asynchronous and synchronous formats.
Compensation is in the form of wages. A Ph.D. in history is required.
