Recruiter, Internship & Career Planning
DescriptionWorking within the Division of Internship & Career Planning, the Recruiter supports the strategic goals of the division by providing oversight to daily and term driven recruitment initiatives to attract and engage students to the Division. The Recruiter must possess strong oral and written communication skills to promote the mission of Rowan College of South Jersey in a variety of forums and to a diverse group of students and employers.Examples of DutiesProvides oversight to processing of students with utilization of technology to recruit students utilizing print, email, phone and social media campaigns. Prepares materials for distribution as needed.Provides information and assistance to students and assists with the filing of various forms and student records. Works with students regarding career development, resume preparation, and interview skills.Assists in the process of marketing various programs and events for the division.Manages and responds to inquiries and requests which are generated via the division website in addition to social media platforms, and online appointments. Schedules appointments, as needed.Effectively communicates resources, opportunities, and benefits, both in and outside the classroom (virtual classrooms included).Assists with recruiting employers and coordinating employer interviews and career advisement sessions for students. Maintains outreach spreadsheet of recruitment events and populates the google online calendar for all recruitment events.Assists with the coordination of Open Houses, College Fairs, Employer Networking opportunities and a variety of recruitment events conducted on and off campus.Performs other duties, as assigned.Minimum Qualifications
