Prepares travel documents for faculty and doctoral students working on grants while staying within the constraints of the budget. Assists office manager with Banner student and financial records by creating and maintaining student files from application to completion of the program through the student database. Collects course syllabi each semester.Minimum Education/Experience:
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from high school, or completion of its equivalency, and two years of office/clerical work experience; or an equivalent combination of training/experience.Essential Job Duties:
Prepare travel documents, eGAs, and Student Education Awards for faculty and doctoral students working on grants. Maintain student files from application to completion of the program using the student database. Collects course syllabi each semester.Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
The desired candidate will have experience with grants preparing Graduate Assistantships, Student Education Awards and travel preparation and reconciliation.
Experience working in a University/College is preferred.
Banner and PCard experience is strongly recommended.
Preference given to candidates who are detail oriented with strong budgeting experience using Excel spreadsheets.Work Location:
