The Mechanical Engineering Department is looking for a student to fill the open Business Office Assistant position. This position duties include addressing general inquiries from walk-in visitors. Other duties include assisting with budget reconciliations, filing, office events, logging received orders and additional projects as they occur. Due to access to sensitive student information, College of Engineering students cannot be hired for this position.Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
Skills preferred include organization, detail-oriented, and reliable. Would prefer an individual who is comfortable with Microsoft Office, accounting and clerical tasks. This individual also needs to stay on task and have a positive and helpful attitude.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :
