Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Enrollment Management Data Systems, this role will be responsible for assisting in the management of the Slate CRM and other Admissions technology solutions. The primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: assisting the Director of Enrollment Management Data Systems with Slate buildouts and system maintenance with a focus on the Working Adult Undergraduate and Graduate programs; assisting with query management across the team with familiarity with system functionality and coding for all users across the University; assisting with data import processing and consolidation of records; managing support requests that do not require Slate Service Desk intervention; monitoring and assisting with data clean-up; and maintaining data analytics for specific reporting. This role should understand efficiencies and strive to create better processes with the use of technologies to enhance the work of Admissions. He or she will work closely with other members of the Enrollment Management leadership team and a report indirectly (secondary) to the AVP of Enrollment Management.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required along with one year of prior relevant experience, which must include working with and/or managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and/or databases for reporting. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable in Data Management, query and report building. Candidates with a bachelor's or master's in mathematics, statistics, business, or computer science and/or who have certifications in programming languages or other areas related to data analytics are highly desirable.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license as this position may require some travel.
