Essential Job Duties:•Update and edit chapter rosters and run reports on community demographics.
•Develop Officer Checklist for transitions as it relates departmental processes.
•Assist in developing advisor trainings for the 2021-2022 school year
•Review, analyze and synthesize Chapter Standards of Excellence submissions.
•Prepare end of the year community reports based on the data collected through the Standards of Excellence submissions.
•Assist in writing the annual assessment report for the department.
•Review, analyze, and synthesize end of the year reports from HelperHelper, Preventzone, and Everfi.
•Develop a curriculum for beginning of the year training sessions for chapter leaders.
•Develop residential curriculum for Greek Village residents.
•Design curriculum for officer training series to take place during the academic year based on the areas.

Minimum Experience/Education:Bachelor’s degree completed-all majors considered
Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in higher education or student affairs.
Previously advised undergraduate students
Previously worked with student organizations; specifically working with fraternity and sorority communities
Experience in curriculum development.
Experience in developing student learning assessments.
