Position Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, provide overall fund management for an assigned fund portfolio. Provide advice, consultation and oversight to assigned units regarding the preparation of low value orders, purchase orders, and travel and entertainment expense reports. Provide advice on guidelines and fund restrictions. Monitor fund balances and prepare transfer of funds, monetary transfer of funds and expense adjustments (NPEAR) as necessary.
Manage funds in portfolio on a monthly basis, reconciling ledgers, producing monthly reports and projections. Analyze expenditure trends and take actions to avoid overdrafts. Prepare and manage monthly recharge reporting.
Provide support for Department functions as needed. Duties are routinely assigned and evaluated. Exercising independent initiative, incumbent is responsible for troubleshooting difficult transactional issues. Provide expert assistance to Anderson business units regarding all aspects purchasing, travel and entertainment reimbursements.
