Job Description Summary:

Position Responsibilities

  • To assist in promoting the mission and goals of Clarkson University, the NCAA and the athletic department
  • To take the lead in coaching a specific position (ie. Goalies, defense, offense)
  • Assist with effectively developing a teaching/coaching plan that best utilizes the strengths (individual and collective) of the team
  • Assist with development of practice and game preparation plans
  • Assist with promoting community activities including but not limited to summer camps, leagues, or community service activities

Minimum Qualifications: :

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Playing experience in the sport of Women’s Lacrosse

Preferred Qualifications: :

Preferred Qualifications

  • Collegiate lacrosse playing experience and previous coaching experience

Physical Demands:

Mobility sufficient to participate in athletic activities to include but not limited to running, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stopping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Ability to lift and move heavy items weighing up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
