Job Responsibilities
Serve as substitute campus coordinator on an as needed basis. Responsible for opening and closing of campus. Covers all incoming calls and walk-ins and provides prompt accurate assistance. Assist prospective students with admissions, testing, financial aid, registration, ID and business operations. Provides classroom management for on-campus classes. Assist students with accessing and navigating of NETC Portal, Self Service and D2L. Responsible for the coordination of distance learning (DL), delivery and troubleshooting simple problems with DL equipment. Minimum and Additional RequirementsAssociate degree or a high school diploma plus two (2) years related work experience. Ability to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 wpm and/or basic knowledge of computer operations.
