Description
Instructional Design Lead is a creative professional tasked with designing learning experiences and environments for GSU-affiliated cutting-edge face-to-face, hybrid, and online certificate and degree-credit courses & programs. Serve as a lead worker (e.g. coordinates the assignment or performance of tasks
by other peers and/or team members). Supervising and working in partnership with other learning experience designers, multimedia designers, subject matter experts, and program managers, Instructional Design Lead coordinates and contributes to project teams responsible for planning, producing, assessing, and continuously improving GSU courses and programs. Additionally, CETLOE Instructional Design Lead consults with faculty, subject matter experts, and program managers on instructional best practices; assist the learning experience design Manager and learning experience design Architect in the mentoring and evaluation of current and prospective associate and intermediate learning experience designers; and assist in setting aesthetic and theoretical standards and establishing project workflows for the CETLOE's learning experience design services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
