Description of Work:Duties Include but are not limited to:
-Lead development of new initiatives and preaward activities under direction of Director and Associate Director – develop grant proposals, budgets, and relevant documents; manage team and ensure interim timelines and deadlines are met.
-Provide cross-project operational leadership across multiple research and evaluation projects;
-Provide oversight on portfolio of projects: support research staff, junior team members; Coordinate with project team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders
-Complete other research operational support tasks as assigned
Education and Experience:Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required; for candidates demonstrating comparable professional experience, will accept a relevant undergraduate degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience in substitution.
-a minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination related to research/evaluation/program management or health equity/community engagement.
-Professionalism, maturity, and experience are expected in working with people from a variety of cultural identities, affiliations, and settings as our portfolio of projects and teams are often community-based and working with health disparity issues and under-resourced contexts.
-Applicant must have experience with preaward and/or project start-up; developing and managing timelines, budgets, contracts, and coordinating within a team and with other supporting departments.
