Essential Duties and Responsibilities

supervise a group of 15 - 21 campers assist with and participate in camp activitieswork closely with the Coordinator in coordinating activities of the groupinterpret safety and health regulations to his/her group such as emergency procedures to guide his/her campers in participation in group, unit, and camp-wide activitiesrecognize and respond to opportunities for problem-solving in the groupdevelop opportunities for interaction between campers and staffprovide opportunities for the group so that each camper experiences success set a good example for campers and others, including cleanliness, punctuality, sharing clean-up and chores, sportsmanship, and table mannersreport any concerns or issues to a coordinatorfollow camp rules and regulations pertaining to smoking, use of alcoholic beverages, and use of drugsinterpret safety and health regulations to his/her group such as emergency procedures to guide his/her campers in participation in group, unit, and camp-wide activities

Candidates must be at least 18 years oldHave experience caring for childrenMust be available for all 6 weeks of camp plus a week of camp training before camp begins 6/14 - 7/31Work Monday to Friday, 35 - 40 hours a week
