Collaborates with staff team members to promote recruitment and success of all students. Participates in the recruitment, selection, orientation of students. Works with other university departments to support implementation of university recruitment and admission plans as well as to support institutional goals for retention, attrition and student advancement. Training and Experience: INTERNAL CANDIDATES WHO MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

Associates Degree required; excellent skills required in the use of Microsoft Office Productivity suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Access); experience should also include but is not limited to: Banner (preferred), GaCollege411, Oracle, SQL (preferred) and Crystal Reports or 3rd party access tool; overall proficiency in the use of technology is required; excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills with team members and customers; exceptional phone skills; previous customer service experience required. Testing Requirements:Illustrative Examples of Work: *Enters and maintains student information into Banner, XAP and other technology tools used to management and track student enrollment.
*Collaborates with staff team members to promote recruitment and success of all students.
*Works with other university departments to support implementation of university recruitment and admission plans as well as to support institutional goals for retention, attrition and student advancement.
*Verifies receipt of documents for prospective students.
*Performs admissions process; produces information package for admitted students; follows-up on events and procedures.
*Provides marketing and outreach to appropriate target populations.
*Completes public reports, documents, schedules, records and forms.

International Education Processing (CPT and OPT) Designated School Official (DSO)
*Cross-train with admission's office to increase international students enrollment
*Assist with processing limited types of student e-form requests such as shipping, administrative processing, travel signature and SSN requests
*Providing immigration advising to international students and scholars regarding status, compliance, benefits, including processing OPT and CPT
* Maintain all International Students and Scholar Services (ISSS) and records
* Coordinate fall and spring international student and scholar orientations and programming including such activities as communicating with international students and informing them about remaining in status for Homeland Security Compliance
*Collaborate with Office of International Education team to engage international students in ASU annual International Education Week (IEW)
*Interact with other Designated School Offices (DSO) to ensure consistent protocol regarding polices and procedures
*Assist as needed with all other required administrative support for international students' enrollment and retention
*Participate in the two annual System Council on International Student and Scholar /PDSO meetings to receive updates from the System Office.
