Shift:Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job Summary:The Medical Staff Office is the data steward for UK HealthCare credentialed provider and referring provider data. This position is responsible for referring provider data and also collaborates with credentialing and provider enrollment specialists to analyze and process credentialed provider data to ensure accurate data flow through a myriad of UK Healthcare clinical and financial systems. These systems include the Enterprise Data Warehouse, electronic medical record, charge capture and billing, diagnostic, and pharmacy systems.
This position collaborates with UK HealthCare departments to aggregate quality data for OPPE and FPPE, ensures HQPM provider data is compliant with 340b federal regulations, partners with departments to ensure delineation of privilege forms reflect current clinical practice, monitors and controls results pushed through LEMM, and processes delineation revisions. Role will work independently, but also collaborate and work with other team members of the Medical Staff Office and will provide cross-coverage and assistance to other team members. Evenings and weekends may be required during peak season.
As many of UK HealthCare’s platforms are being replaced by Epic, the data responsibilities of this role will transition to Epic from HQPM.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills, enjoy working in a team environment, and have the ability to problem solve, as well as considerable experience utilizing MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CACTUS, eKASPER.
