Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements of this position include: Occasional lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 25lbs; occasional standing or walking with objects 10-25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); utilizing mouse, keyboard, and phone for portions of the day. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings.

Shift:

8:00 am-5:00 pm; Monday – Friday (40 hours per week).

Job Summary:

This position is part of the Business Office team and is essential in coordinating all business functions in a timely manner. Responsibilities include supporting accounting processes together with travel procedures; providing customer service contact interaction; and office and clerical administrative provision.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Previous experience with SAP business modules and Microsoft Suite.
