Physical Requirements:Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 75 lbs.
Shift:Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-3:45 pm; overtime assignments and emergency call backs as needed or when required.
Job Summary:Must demonstrate expertise in floor care be able to operate all types of floor care equipment; vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery and perform routine mopping (dry and damp), in addition will scrub, strip, wax, buff, and burnish hard surface floors and stairwells with minimal to no assistance. Must be able to operate various types and pieces of equipment necessary to effectively perform job functions relating to buffing, extracting, wet and dry vacuuming, pressure washing, etc. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing and floor care equipment. Able to move large furniture and objects and maintain floor care equipment. Special projects and/or other job duties as needed or assigned by management. Must be reliable and dependable, excessive absences will not be tolerated. Attention to detail, organized and dependable is essential. Must be flexible, respect diversity, and able to alone or in a team environment.

Preferred Education/Experience:Driver’s license preferred.
