The Internal Medicine-Medicine Nephrology clinic seeks an individual to schedule outpatient procedures, ancillary testing, and consultation appointments. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, greeting patients, scheduling and coordination of appointments, insurance verification, communicating information with patients via the telephone and in person, and answering telephone calls.

This position requires the ability to multi-task, provide exceptional customer service, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both in person and telephone, organizational and computers.

Associates degree preferred.
