Physical Requirements:Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and possibly over 50lbs; Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; Repetitive motion.
May be exposed to loud noises, fumes, confined spaces, and/or weather/temperature extremes while on a job-site(s) or traveling to/from various job sites.
7:30am – 4:15pm (Monday – Friday)*
3:30pm – 12:00am (Monday- Friday)*
11:30pm – 8:00am (Monday- Friday)*
*Hours of work and task assignments may vary dependent upon situational
factors; emergencies; crisis management; and/or weather-related conditions
requiring night(s), weekend(s), and holiday response(s).
Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, operating, and repairing building systems in an assigned area.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:MS Windows/Office; SAP; KRONOS; Driver’s License; experience with building and equipment maintenance; and HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience are preferred. Ability to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
