Physical Requirements:Ability to work in a sedentary position utilizing computer, mouse, keyboard and phone for portions of the day. Ability to travel across campus for meetings and classes.

Job Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to provide an ongoing University of Kentucky presence in clinical facilities throughout Western Kentucky and to serve the overall physical therapy education program through other representative tasks as needed. This professional staff position is responsible for development and maintenance of clinical education sites in Western Kentucky. This staff member will establish and maintain relationships with clinicians in western Kentucky. The staff member will also provide supervision/evaluation of student performance during clinical education, assist the Director of Clinical Education in coordination of student clinical assignment, assist in establishment and maintenance of clinical contracts with all sites, and provide professional development to sites. The staff member will also assume teaching responsibilities within the physical therapy program curriculum.
Ideal candidates will have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PhD not required) and are currently a licensed physical therapist.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Practicing clinician, experience as clinical instructor, clinical administrator

Preferred Education/Experience:Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Licensed Physical Therapist.
