Position Summary:

The Terry College of Business seeks a full-time employee to work for the Institute for Leadership Advancement (ILA). ILA seeks a person to manage internal and external communications. This includes creating and disseminating alumni communications, communication for the professional development symposium, internal communications to students as well as managing social media accounts, and ensuring the website is up-to-date.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage the ILA stewardship plan
•Working with the Office of Marketing Communications (OMC), produce stewardship reports for:
ocorporate sponsors
oendowed-scholar donors
oservice-learning donors
oothers as needed
•Create the yearly honor roll.
•Manage communications between endowed scholars and donors.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage ILA alumni communications plan
•Includes, at minimum, yearly engagement plan, alumni and parents’ solicitation, biannual newsletter, and donation thank you letters.
•Utilize GAIL to send alumni communications and log interactions.
•Manage all ILA social media accounts.

•Create graphic designs and print layouts for internal communications and social media.
