The Terry College of Business seeks a full-time employee to work for the Institute for Leadership Advancement (ILA). ILA seeks a person to manage internal and external communications. This includes creating and disseminating alumni communications, communication for the professional development symposium, internal communications to students as well as managing social media accounts, and ensuring the website is up-to-date.Physical Demands:

Manage the ILA stewardship plan
•Working with the Office of Marketing Communications (OMC), produce stewardship reports for:
oothers as needed
•Create the yearly honor roll.
•Manage communications between endowed scholars and donors.
Manage ILA alumni communications plan
•Includes, at minimum, yearly engagement plan, alumni and parents’ solicitation, biannual newsletter, and donation thank you letters.
•Utilize GAIL to send alumni communications and log interactions.
•Manage all ILA social media accounts.
Manage internal communications directed at students
•Produce and email weekly newsletters to students.
•Create graphic designs and print layouts for internal communications and social media.
Manage ILA communications and marketing plan for the ILA’s professional development symposium.Percentage of time:
Supervise Communications Interns.Percentage of time:
Coordinate ILA marketing efforts working with OMC to update ILA marketing material, including the ILA websites, as needed.Percentage of time:
