Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Student Account Representative, Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of Responsibilities Include:
- Serves as one of the Student Account Representatives in the Office of Tuition & Billing Services. Handles a high volume of telephone calls from students and families. Responds to inquiries regarding but not limited to bill payment, tuition & related charges, Florida Prepaid inquiries, collection of accounts with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Handles calls in the queue or transfers the call to another area or department on campus if appropriate.
- Performs general office duties to support Tuition & Billing services, including by not limited to data entry, electronic filing, and scanning.
- Participates in presentations for orientations, special trainings, and campus events.
- Special projects as assigned by supervisor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this position.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
