Job Description
The Project Analyst will support Wharton Interactive in the design, scope, and day to day project planning for our suite of interactive offerings.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in defining and developing the product strategy and roadmap
- Aid in the research and development of pedagogical strategies for interactive learning and teaching
- Gather and prioritize requirements for new products
- Implement production calendar, working closely across teams to ensure goals and deadlines are met
- Assist in establishing key performance indicators to measure quality and success
- Use evidence-based decision-making to keep the project on target throughout its lifecycle
- Oversee production of product assets
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports
- Manage operations support team and development process for product development and launch
- Contribute to the development and design of materials for product launch
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the product to execute demos for interested customers
- Requires being highly organized, and able to communicate effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer and Information Science and 2-3 years experience required. Experience in computing systems or software support.
