The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Orthopaedic Shoulder/Elbow. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree.

Teaching responsibilities may include resident, medical school teaching and fellow education in Shoulder and Elbow.

Clinical responsibilities may include an shoulder and elbow practice in the Health System Hospitals and on call responsibilities.

Clinician Educator track faculty will typically be focused on collaborative research as co-investigators. Candidates should have a productive track record and evidence of scholarship.

Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and Fellowship Training is required.
