Science Education Post-Doctoral Fellow
Trinity Washington University is seeking to fill a position for a post-doctoral fellow to assess institutional change towards inclusive excellence. Qualified candidates will have expertise in inclusive practices, structures, and polices, and experience in science education-based research in higher education, and curriculum or institutional assessment. The role for this position will be to: assist with curriculum and program assessment, especially related to institutional change for inclusive excellence; compile and analyze data to assess effectiveness of programs; work with a team to apply conclusions from assessments towards planning for professional development; and assist with the design, development and administration of inclusive excellence initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates should have earned a Ph.D. degree from an accredited institution in a STEM field, or science education based research or related field and be able to demonstrate knowledge of best teaching practices, inclusive structures and polices, and knowledge in the field.
