Advertised Job Summary:

Coordinate business management activities associated with fiscal management, personnel, procurement, and grant and contract administration for the Center for Disability Resources, Department of Pediatrics, USC School of Medicine. This position will also serve primarily as the HR Liaison for the Center for Disability Resources Business Office, in addition to other varying duties.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions):

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency. Must have a valid driver’s license to drive state vehicle.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures. Ability and willingness to learn the University of South Carolina Human Resources and fiscal systems. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software. Ability to work well with others. Ability to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.
