Position Highlights:The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a dynamic and experienced instructor for a summer Adjunct Lecturer position to instruct undergraduate students in field of expertise. This is a non-tenure eligible position for Summer 2021. The position is in the School of Middle Eastern and North African Studies in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences.

Duties & Responsibilities:The School of Middle Eastern and North African Studies at the University of Arizona seeks an adjunct instructor to provide part time instruction for major and minor students for Summer 2021 classes, contingent upon availability of funding. Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Instruct undergraduate students in field of expertise
- Plan class lectures and assignments
- Grade assigned papers and exams
- Hold regular office hours
- Assign grades to students, based upon performance in class assignments and exams.
- Attend meetings as required
- Demonstrate commitment to undergraduate education
- Ph.D degree in related field
- Previous teaching experience at college or university level
