Position Summary:The Zylka lab is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar to study genetic and environmental risks for autism. Research entails molecular biology, high-throughput screens with neural progenitor cells and neurons, interfacing with other laboratories that evaluate chemical exposures in environmental samples and biofluids, developmental neurotoxicology studies with mouse models, behavioral studies, and histology.
Educational Requirements:Must have a PhD by the proposed hire date.
Qualifications and Experience:Neuroscience and/or environmental health sciences research experience.
Experience with mouse models.
Expertise with molecular biology preferred.
