Position Summary:This position will be a part of the radiopharmaceutical production team, the radiochemistry technician will play a key part in the quality control for our radiotracers and provide support for the production and dispensing of established radiopharmacueticals
Educational Requirements:Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required; for candidates demonstrating comparable independent research productivity, will accept a relevant undergraduate degree and 3 or more years of relevant experience in substitution.
Preferred degree in Chemistry, Radiochemistry or Pharmacy.
May require terminal degree and licensure
Qualifications and Experience:Working knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and spectral interpretation of instrumentation including but not limited to HPLC, GC, MCA, and mass spectroscopy.
Experience with GE PETtrace cyclotron, GE FX2 C module, GE FX2 N module, GE Fastlab module.
Working knowledge of PET radiopharmaceutical production and cGMP (21CFR212) is preferred.
Experience in clean room environments is highly desired.
Knowledge of LabLogic LIMS systems is preferred.
