Essential Job Duties:

Performs electrical work in the Renovation shop. Required to remove, assess and
install institutional electrical wiring, electrical services, retrofitting new light fixtures,
adding & removing outlets & switches, and removing & supplying conduit runs where needed. Reads and understands electrical blueprints. Possesses knowledge of remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC equipment, assist mechanics in other trades.
Understands materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.
Functions in at least one other trade and possesses general knowledge of all other
trades. Assists other trades as required.
