Essential Job Duties:This position will collaborate with the Department of Health and Human Services Division to:
Support compliance monitoring activities.
Assist the Monitoring Team Lead with efforts to reduce audit findings and respond to audit findings in a methodical manner.
Utilize systems, monitoring tools, and business procedures to support internal controls and carry out assigned tasks.
Assist with compiling data reports to reflect monitoring and oversight performance.
Participate in provider outreach and provider support activities as needed.
Draft business correspondence and data collection documents.
Work with management to prioritize needs

Minimum Experience/Education:Education: Prefer degree in business, or related field or experience.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, and documentation skills.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and oral).
Experience/familiarity with following business procedures, audit processes, and corrective action.
Adaptability and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Prefer degree in business, or related field or experience.
