Shift:

40 hours a week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Summary:

Training Course and Curriculum Development
Design and develop courses and course materials for software applications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned software applications and their uses. Troubleshoot training issues; consult with training colleagues as necessary on problem resolution.
Skills Required: Technical writing, planning and organizing; instructional development; professional knowledge, analysis of training needs.
Training Instruction and Facilitation
Conduct and facilitate training programs. Prepare training materials. Monitor participant understanding of course subject and progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Incorporate principles of adult learning into instruction and facilitation.
Oral communication, classroom facilitation, adult learning orientation, customer service.
Consultation and End-User Support
Consult with users on technical solutions to work-performance problems and resolution of software use issues. Conduct assessment of technical needs and problems and recommends solutions. Provide customized instruction to meet specific needs.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

The ideal candidate must have knowledge and skills of Captivate Software, SAP, Adobe Suite Products, Microsoft Office and Web Based training and development; excellent attention to detail; strong communication and presentation skills; exceptional planning and organizational skill; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect for confidentiality and diversity.
