Performing work in a sedentary position, utilizing a computer, keyboard, and mouse the majority of the day.


40 hours a week. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Summary:

Supporting University wide data needs, the HR Informatics Consultant provides data and analytical functions in support of decision making and human capital strategies while ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines.
Responsible for already established, reoccurring reports as well as any needed newly created reports. This role is also designed to be the first line of support for ad hoc report requests and will have the expertise to modify existing reports as needed to complete or update requests. The person in this role would also provide additional assistance with tool testing, maintenance and development as able and needed.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Attention to detail; verbal/written communication; advanced Excel functions in addition to MS Office.
