Job Summary:

The Polk Dalton Clinic is seeking a Patient Relations Assistant.

The Patient Relations Assistant will answer Spanish phone line with timely scheduling or questions answered, register and check-out patients.

Provide clinical provider support. Have demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast paced medical office. Need excellent customer service skills.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Ability to read, write and speak Spanish; medical terminology, excellent customer service skills.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? :

No

Preferred Education/Experience:

High School and 4 or more year related experience preferred.
Electronic medical records experience and scheduling experience preferred.
