The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 10lbs-25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing), and occasional (<10 of the time) job-related travel.

Primarily 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Some evenings, nights, and weekends may be required per departmental needs.

This position’s duties ensure the unit provides and supports sound financial management of the enterprise self-pay accounts receivable with direct oversight for customer service and correspondence. The position’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to support enterprise operational goals.

The ideal candidate for this position will have advanced skills in customer service, organization, Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Yes

Bachelor’s degree and 5-6 years of healthcare experience preferred. Management experience within a call center environment highly preferred.
