Physical Requirements:The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 10lbs-25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing), and occasional (<10 of the time) job-related travel.
Shift:Primarily 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Some evenings, nights, and weekends may be required per departmental needs.
Job Summary:This position’s duties ensure the unit provides and supports sound financial management of the enterprise self-pay accounts receivable with direct oversight for customer service and correspondence. The position’s primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to support enterprise operational goals.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:The ideal candidate for this position will have advanced skills in customer service, organization, Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree and 5-6 years of healthcare experience preferred. Management experience within a call center environment highly preferred.
