Minimum Qualifications:

Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree. Experience in collegiate athletics academic support, higher education, teaching, or related field.

Position Summary:

Assist with daily operations related to academic services, student services, student development, and life skills. Serve in various administrative roles for employees of Academics and Student Services for the Athletic Association. Assist with student-athlete development and academic support. The individual will work in close liaison with different parts of the Athletic Association. This position is a 11-month appointment beginning in July 2021 and ending in May 2022.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:

Bachelors’ degree and Master’s degree preferred in Education, Psychology, Sports Management, or a related field. Additional preferred qualifications.
*Experience in Collegiate athletics academic support, higher education, teaching, or related field
*Experience working with academically at-risk student-athletic populations

Use hands and reach with hands and arms. Sit. Navigate area. Communicate with others. Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
