Summary

The Career Counselor position at the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University will:

1) Provide Career Management Education through the acquisition of lifelong career skills,

2) Facilitate student employment through the acquisition of internship and full-time career positions and

3) Cultivate both internal and external relationships and partnerships with all stakeholders.

The Career Counselor will perform these duties in a proactive, collaborative environment that relates to the student as the primary beneficiary or customer.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience

OR

• A Master's degree and at least three years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• International business experience and language fluency in a second language
• Corporate talent acquisition experience or network
• Professional certification in career coaching, career management, or related professional credentials
