Through our programs, students acquire the exceptional ability to grow their organizations through strategic innovation, analytical decision-making, digital information technology and collaborative execution. While the Merage School is relatively young, it has quickly grown to rank consistently among the top five percent of all business programs worldwide through exceptional student recruitment, world-class faculty, a strong alumni network and close relationships with both individual business executives and global corporations. Additional information is available at merage.uci.edu. The Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) program office includes recruitment and admissions, and program services. The FEMBA program services team is responsible for delivering academic advising and program planning to a diverse student population of working professionals.Applies professional student services concepts. Provides varied student services to students, faculty, and department / school / college management. Works on moderately complex issues. Skills in service orientation, organization, active listening, and critical thinking.Preferred:Knowledge of advising and counseling techniques. Knowledge of University-specific computer application programs and pertinent databases. Basic knowledge of student immigration and visa processes pertaining to international students and scholars. Knowledge of University processes and procedures. Understanding of University rules and regulations.Final candidate subject to background check.
