Clinical Research Coordinator I
Job Description:The Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine in collaboration with the Department of Otolaryngology is seeking highly motivated applicants to serve as a Clinical Research Coordinator I. Here you will be a part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and scientist, conducting research in a variety of areas including but not limited to inflammatory sinus disease, olfactory loss and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. The duties for this position include but not limited to:
-Participate in the informed consent process of study subjects for studies conducting research in a variety of areas including but not limited to inflammatory sinus disease, olfactory loss and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia.
-Manages patients completing study related surveys and “scratch and sniff” olfaction testing
-Coordinate IRB protocol related research procedures and follow up between the clinical and research teams.
-Maintain REDCAP databases of study related results
-Manage essential regulatory IRB documents
Expected Salary:$38,900 - $44,500
Minimum Requirements:Associate's degree or an allied health professional degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
