Job Summary  

Plan, design, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of learning collateral developed.  Work with a wide range of multimedia software including, audio, video, web, animation, and photo to develop materials for online, hybrid, and face to face courses. This position will interact on a regular basis with:  faculty and staff.  This position typically will advise and counsel: faculty and staff.  This position will supervise: N/A.

Responsibilities  

Job Duty 1 -
Develop instructional web and media-based interactive learning objects.

Job Duty 2 -
Lead the building and updating of eLearning solutions.

Job Duty 3 -
Share responsibility for identifying and applying appropriate instructional design techniques and adult learning methodologies based on objectives and/or learning strategy.

Job Duty 4 -
Analyze and create course content, and assess effectiveness of learning interaction.

Job Duty 5 -
Collaborate with co-workers on departmental and institute-wide projects.

Job Duty 6 -
Evaluate and employ emerging technologies, instructional design concepts and best practices.

Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications  

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Required Qualifications
Flexibility in on-site daily service delivery hours (due to client shift schedules, project requirements)

Required Experience
Four to five years of job related experience

Preferred Qualifications  

Preferred Educational Qualifications
Master's  Degree

Preferred Technical Knowledge/Skliis

Expertise in various course authoring software tools

Working knowlege of various Learning & Content Management Systems (LMS/CMS)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities  

SKILLS
Use of office and specialized computer applications is required.
