Job Description Summary
With minimal supervision coordinate and maintain the stem cell transplant and cellular therapy databases, including entering, cleaning, querying, analyzing and monitoring a large database of patient information. The candidate will prepare clinical research reports and statistics, as well as analyzing data and contributing to presentations and publications. The candidate will maintain patient lists for all upcoming transplants and prepare lists in advance of tumor boards and team meetings. Candidate will have a familiarity with phase 1-3 stem cell transplant and cellular therapy research studies. Assist study team with protocol requirements including organizing and maintaining documentation required by the sponsor/CRO- including source documentation, case report forms and research charts. Collect, review and report study data. Participate in study team and disease site group meetings and ongoing protocol training compliance meetings

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, are required. The successful candidate must have: (1) experience with clinical data management/clinical data analysis; (2) solid understanding of all aspects of data capture systems including data cleaning and querying procedures; (3) experience with computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Redcap, additional data management systems; (4) demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently; (5) knowledge or experience in cancers preferred but not required; (6) good understanding of descriptive data analysis methods; (7) possess working knowledge of federal regulations and guidelines such as the Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), International Conference of Harmonisation (ICH) and Good Clinical (Research) Practice (GCP) Guidelines.
