Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Director of Penn First Plus, the Program Coordinator will provide frontline support related to the mission of the Penn First Plus program. As Penn First Plus’s suite is designed to be a dynamic, student-centered space, the incumbent will be expected to serve as the front-of-house manager. Because of the dynamic, partly virtual nature of this work, content management on our web, social media, and office digital platforms will be valuable

The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and an ability to handle student information with confidence and discretion. This person will provide back-up support to programmatic staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
